MUA Eye Primer - Review

The title says review but this is actually more of a rave. I love love love wearing eyeshadow and pretty much wear it all the time but I am unfortunate in that my eyeshadow seems to always crease quite badly and if I wear a shadow as a liner I always end up with a transfer in my crease.
I have tried numerous expensive primers and haven't found them to be that effective and have even gone as far as to try spraying hairspray on my face to keep my shadow in place (it actually worked ok but I wouldn't recommend it).
I've recently been made aware of MUA as a brand and went on a bit of a spending spree (although it's difficult to spend that much as the brand is sooo affordable) and one of the things included in my purchase was this little beauty

Costing a ridiculous £2.50 I was prepared for this not to work at all but I tried it out today and it has impressed me so much I actually want to buy their entire stock!
Not only did the primer make my eyeshadow more vibrant and has kept it on all day, it's completely prevented any creasing and even the shadow I used to line my eyes has BARELY transferred (I think the only reason I could see any transfer at all is because I was actually looking for it)

Not only is this the most effective primer I have ever tried, it is also the cheapest by a mile so I would have to give it a 10/10 and will definitely be going back to superdrug to empty their shelves!

MAC Future Lengths Serum Review

I've read a couple of favourable reviews on MAC's new Prep + Prime Lash serum online so I decided to purchase it. Costing just £21, it's a lot cheaper than most of the lash serums I've seen so I'm interested to see if it actually works and if it is worth the money. My lashes are actually ok - Longish and not too thin but I would love for them to be thicker and not to need so much mascara.

At the moment I have only been using the serum for a few days and the serum can take eight weeks to work so I decided to take some "before" photos and post them here and I will keep updating every few weeks and comparing the results to my lashes at the start.
